- 1 tsp olive oil

- 210g uncooked fettuccine pasta
- 1 tsp olive oil
- ½ chopped white onion (80g)
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 500ml chicken broth
- 380ml evaporated milk
- 100g light cream cheese
- 30g grated parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, for serving

Instructions
Step 1:
Season the chicken with paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Step 2:
Heat 1 tsp olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken breasts for ~8 minutes per side or until golden and fully cooked (165°F internal temp). Set aside.
Step 3:
In a new pan, heat another 1 tsp olive oil. Sauté the onion and garlic for ~2 minutes. Add chicken broth and evaporated milk and stir. Toss in the uncooked pasta and cook for 10–12 minutes, stirring until the pasta is tender and sauce thickens.
Step 4:
Stir in light cream cheese and parmesan until melted and smooth.
Step 5:
Slice the chicken and place on top of the creamy Alfredo. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
